Seven-year-old Siv is very excited about the upcoming pajama party at her new friend’s place. Cerisia is the new girl in class who looks and thinks quite differently than Siv, but she is such a lovely person that Siv wants to be best friends with her. The sleepover turns out to be unexpectedly magical. Wonderful things start happening in Cerisia’s flat – there are strange animals and peculiar scents in every corner; there are many doors hiding frightening and mysterious adventures, but two garrulous badgers will help Siv to overcome her fears. Based on the popular children’s book by Pija Lindenbaum, this family fairytale was screened at this year’s Berlinale.
