Sofia International Film Festival has been bringing together film lovers, stars, journalists, and film professionals for 20 years. The magazine Variety included it in its list of 50 best film festivals. Sofia International Film Festival started as a music festival, but is today one of the biggest film events of the year, and as such it is an international representative of Bulgaria, at the same time providing Bulgaria with the latest film trends from the whole world.
