By the river of oblivion, a lonely horseman passes through a village where children play indulging in their hidden desires, adults partake in festivities, and where violence and love are an instinctive part of life. In the midst of a beautiful harvest ritual in rural Georgia, violence and celebration interweave seamlessly, reflecting human everyday existence.
Born and raised in Georgia. She studied Film Directing at the Columbia University School of the Arts, as well as Media Studies at the New School in New York. Her debut short, Invisible Spaces, was nominated for the Palme d’Or in 2014.
