Crammed together in a tiny apartment, members of the Petković family drive each other crazy on a daily basis. After her domineering father suffers a stroke, Marijana takes over his role as the head of the family. Working two jobs, she takes care of her irresponsible mother and slow brother. The new power hierarchy enables her to discover her inner strength and get a taste of freedom. Marijana starts exploring her sexuality, constantly pushing her boundaries. The film won the FEDEORA Award for Best European Film at this year’s Venice Film Festival. The father is played by Zlatko Burić, best known for his performance in Nicolas Winding Refn’s Pusher trilogy.
