Belgrade at the beginning of the 1990s. Accompanied by a film crew, actor Dragomir Mićko Ljubičić walks the streets dressed as the famous Marshal in order to size up the situation and hear what the people think. The fake Tito attracts a small crowd of people, passersby and those drawn by the striking uniform. Most people are in on the game. Heated debates arise, lamentations about times gone by, but also bitter accusations of Tito who is to blame for everything. The crowd is growing and the situation is turning into a tumult.
